AFB Practice Roundtable: Branch Return Reporting Requirements following SS 5/21

Ahead of the forthcoming changes to branch return reporting requirements resulting from SS5/21, this roundtable, facilitated by BDO, offers an opportunity to understand the new regulatory expectations, share perspectives on practical implementation, and engage with peers facing similar challenges.

• the key changes to the branch return,
• the main areas of judgement and interpretation,
• the challenges of reconciling branch return data with Bank of England statistical reporting templates and FINREP.

The session will be hosted by Oivind Andresen, Partner and prudential SME in BDO’s Financial Services Advisory team. Oivind has extensive experience in dealing with regulatory change and regulatory reporting and he has supported multiple UK and international banks with regulatory reporting challenges.
