AFB Masterclass: Impact of Recent Enforcement Cases and Supervisory Activity on Senior Managers Regime Compliance

For the second year running, AFB is pleased to invite existing established Senior Manager Function (SMF) holders at member banks to a Masterclass focused on recent enforcement cases, supervisory activity, and regulatory expectations delivered in partnership with A&O Shearman.

This interactive classroom session has been designed specifically for established SMFs across all designations at AFB member firms who are looking to enhance their understanding of regulatory expectations and good practice under the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR). The course is not suitable for new or prospective SMFs seeking an introduction to SM&CR.
