AFB Practice Roundtable: Changes to Transaction Reporting in the UK – Key Regulatory Expectations

Following the publication of the FCA’s consultation paper CP25/32 on transaction reporting, and the anticipated policy statement expected this summer, AFB invites members to participate in a Practice Roundtable, facilitated by Kroll.

The session will provide attendees with key updates and insights on the changes, to help firms understand the potential implications and support the design, development, and enhancement of their transaction reporting frameworks.

AFB will circulate an agenda and a series of questions to attendees in advance, which will be used to aid discussions.

The Chatham House Rule will apply to this event to encourage open dialogue and discussion.

There will be breakfast and networking from 08:30 before the discussion commences at 09:00.

Please note that there will be a limit of one representative per AFB member to allow a wider range of firms to attend and benefit from the discussion.

Who should attend?

Those who have responsibility for transaction reporting, including front-line staff/traders. This will typically include compliance officers/ MLROs, risk managers, surveillance professionals and relationship managers with financial crime responsibilities.
