AFB Virtual Compliance Expert Panel – Monitoring of Employee Communication in a Remote Working Environment: Regulatory Expectations & Current Practice

The AFB is delighted to partner with Eversheds Sutherland, who will discuss with foreign bank members the challenges of complying with UK regulatory requirements relating to the monitoring of front office communications in a remote working context.

Speakers

Gregory Brandman, Jake McQuitty and Julia Neal – Partners in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Team at Eversheds Sutherland, London. Greg, Jake, and Julie have deep experience of advising financial institutions and corporates in respect of their financial crime risk and regulatory compliance obligations over the last 15-20 years. Greg and Julia are former senior investigators within the Enforcement and Market Oversight Division of the Financial Conduct Authority, while Jake was formerly the EMEA Head of Regulatory Investigations at a major global bank. All 3 partners regularly lead major international regulatory and money laundering investigations and compliance projects for global corporate and financial institutions.
