Led by Mishcon de Reya, this interactive workshop is designed to simulate the high-pressure environment of a live data breach, unfolding in real-time. It will focus on practical examples and enhance your crisis management skills while working alongside peers from other international banks.

Speakers
James Boyle
James is a Partner in the Data Group within the Firm’s Innovation Department. His work focusses on providing strategic privacy and data protection advice to technology and data rich businesses. He is known for being a pragmatic, accessible and responsive advisor in this space.
Guy Wilkes
Guy is a Partner in the Financial Services Regulatory Group. Guy specialises in regulatory disputes, particularly involving financial and professional services and has been involved in some of the FCA and PRA’s highest profile investigations against both individuals and institutions.
